Job Description

We are seeking an experienced workplace professional to build and lead the Experience team and programs for our growing portfolio of Cash offices around the globe. You will create spaces and programs that inspire our employees and visitors by showcasing our product and brand. You are creative and have a keen ability to design and build purpose driven programs. You take pride in making all of our spaces both beautiful and functional, and know how important even the tiniest details are to making an environment great.

You Will:

  • Build and develop a Workplace team to make our Cash offices best in class

  • Develop and protect Cash office identity by building and implementing unique programs and designing spaces that highlight our product and brand

  • Manage the Design & Construction process of our new office builds as well as oversee the ongoing facilities management of our existing locations

  • Design, implement, and manage perks that are representative of our team’s culture

  • Lead ongoing projects that build and evolve the culture of our team

  • Build and manage workplace budgets and operational processes for the Cash office portfolio

  • Continue to build an engaging culture and program for our employees


You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 5+ years of building and managing dynamic teams

  • Strong leadership profile, ability to identify concerns, provide appropriate solutions

  • Ability to work independently as well as lead and motivate cross-functionally towards project goals

  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity; ability to think quicky and pivot directions as needed.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong financial and operational skills

  • Strong sense of urgency and excellent follow-up skills

  • Capable of accepting and delivering feedback creatively to deliver improved results
