This role will be focused on supporting the Data Team on day-to-day analysis, providing both technical knowledge and business/analytical insights. The ideal candidate is self-driven and will leverage communication, scientific and problem-solving skills to drive analytically sound recommendations to make data-based decisions. This role will challenge you to think strategically and contribute to discussions across the organization, collaborating with different teams: Strategy, Marketing, Operations, Product.

What you will be doing:

• Partner with growth, operations, product owners and strategy leaders ensuring everything is being measured correctly, asking the right questions and iterating until you reach meaningful conclusions backed by solid analyses.

• Lead BI efforts to provide key KPI insights.

• Maintain, adapt and improve BI monitoring tools ensuring data quality.

• Produce deep-dive analysis to optimize initiatives and proactively investigate visible data patterns.

• Use SQL on a daily basis and perform analyses to support department managers’ inquiries. (Python a plus)

• Ensure data quality while always promoting a data-driven culture across the organization.

• Manage our data visualization tool Looker. Work on data modeling and Explores design in LookML language.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or similar.

• 1+ years of analytics experience or equivalent.

• Fluency with data, analytics and visualization technologies.

• Proactivity, ownership, and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

• Expertise in SQL and Looker Knowledge.

• Familiarity with data warehouse development and best practices.

• Programming skills are a plus (Python).

• Experience with cloud computing platforms is a plus (Google Cloud).
