Job Description

The HumOR (Human Outreach Recommendations) team delivers data models and tooling to help our seller-facing Squares operate with more and better information as they interact with our current and future customers. As a Product Manager on our HumOR team, you will develop the strategy, set the roadmap, and determine the requirements - in collaboration with data science, design, and our internal customers - to create internal products that deliver on our mission to help our internal teams create more value for Square’s customers. You will work directly with our superb HumOR data scientists and engineers, report to the Product Lead for Automation, and collaborate with product managers in our Seller Experience Automation organization.

  • You can provide direction and rally a team on the highest priority problem to solve

  • You can advocate for collaborative solutions with a diverse group of partners

  • You enjoy working with other teams with as much passion as consumers

  • You have a growth-based approach to the success of your product

  • You can write and present with brevity and clarity

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in product management
