Cash App’s technical recruiting team is building our first sourcing function! As a technical sourcer, you’ll be instrumental in designing a center of excellence for sourcing and engaging top engineering talent around the globe. You will partner with recruiters, recruiting coordinators and engineering leaders to create strategies that effectively build pipelines of talent with a focus on untapped markets and underrepresented communities.
Build relationships and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals
Research, market and talent map engineering talent, sharing insights that influence our approach to identifying and engaging passive talent
Source passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities: online and internal databases, events, networking and research
Use creativity to engage passive talent and provide an incredible candidate experience from the first point of contact until the onsite stage
Prioritize building diverse and inclusive teams at all levels of the engineering organization
Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient, scalable and unbiased recruiting processes
3+ years of experience in a recruiting role for an innovative and scaling organization
Experience sourcing and engaging engineering talent in a highly competitive market
Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems while collaborating with recruiters and hiring partners
Ability to thrive in a data and metrics driven environment, consistently balancing quality and quantity
Consultative communication skills while working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Technical industry knowledge and general comprehension of relevant technical skills, relevant companies, engineering communities, etc.
