Job Description
As part of the Hardware Logistics team, the New Product Introduction [NPI] Program Coordinator will manage and execute Logistics & Retail Operations tasks to support the GTM (go-to-market) strategy for Square products in domestic and international markets. In addition to owning the day-to-day operations, you will also identify and guide ongoing process improvements across all areas of focus.
You will participate in cross-team collaboration and deliverables across the Hardware organization to ensure seamless product launches and transitions globally from the fulfillment end of the supply chain.
The role is open to remote but standard working hours are PST.
You Will:
Oversee the execution of logistics tasks related to new product launches and SKU transitions globally
Build relationships and gain an understanding of cross functional priorities surrounding NPI while aiming to minimize operational inefficiency on the logistics component of the supply chain.
Help support retail operations SKU transitions as we launch new products at distributors and direct retailers globally
Manage Beta unit shipments for new country launches
Lead the testing/validation of new products to ensure readiness for launch.
Qualifications
You Have:
3+ years in Project/program management experience preferably within the tech ecommerce space.
Prior experience working with 3PL warehouses and transportation carriers to facilitate new product launches
Experience with global supply chains and logistics workstreams
Experience with Fulfillment systems and best practices when working through New product introduction and SKU transitions
Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or other relevant field
