Job Description

As Sr. Business Development Manager, you will be part of the Business Development team at TIDAL and report into the SVP of Partnerships and Business Development. You will drive growth and profitability for the business across the globe through our strategic partners. We are passionate, motivated, and empowered to make decisions that impact the business. You will have the chance to learn about and define our approach to strategic partnerships, business development and B2B Sales in the music streaming industry while supporting the broader business and product.

You Will:

  • Set and execute strategy for engaging with partners across one or more partnership verticals including prioritization, negotiating agreements, and managing ongoing relationships.

  • Coordinate the implementation of partnerships with our marketing, product, editorial and artist relations teams.

  • Create exec-level presentations that clearly and concisely communicate TIDAL’s vision and partner opportunities.

  • Monitor market trends and perform competitive analysis and provide partner feedback to cross-functional teams. 

  • Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management regarding progress and obstacles.



You Have:

  • Passion for music

  • 6+ years experience in B2B business development/ partnerships in streaming/ subscription industry / tech industry

  • Experience in negotiating large contracts, coordinating closely with legal counsel and cross-functional teams

  • Experience with prospecting / building relationships from the ground up 

  • Experience making data-driven decisions and with financial modeling

  • Networking and client facing experience
