Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Operations Specialist to join our Cash App Talent Enablement Team. This role will own the operational aspects of the hiring and onboarding processes specific to Cash App Talent. The ideal candidate will be someone who uses data to influence and lead changes, understands the complexity of problems and builds simple solutions, and enjoys communicating changes across multiple functions.

You will:

  • Drive efficiency for the Cash App Talent Team, removing workflow bottlenecks and other blockers

  • Own the headcount management process, from staffing meetings to HID implementation

  • Manage partnerships with operational teams (i.e. Global Mobility, Benefits, IT, Orientation)

  • Develop and maintain hiring resources for Cash App Talent and hiring teams

  • Own reporting of our Hiring Progress, Candidate CSAT and Hiring Manager PSAT, working in collaborating with People Analytics to gather necessary data

  • Offer a high-level of support to our Talent team by responding to questions, issues, and needs - escalating as necessary.

You have:

  • Expertise with ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn, BI tools, and G-Suite.

  • 2-3 years of prior professional experience, preferably in Recruiting Operations
