As a Senior Salesforce Admin, your goal will be to improve the work experience for advocates and leadership by delivering reliable and scalable solutions that lower the burden of systems use for our employees.
Serve as a subject matter expert in our operational workflows and tooling needs and pain points and will match them to desired system features, behaviors, metrics and impacts
Work to identify, define and scope Customer Success and Risk Operations priorities and project manage the delivery of mission-critical platform changes
Propose process improvement through automation and redesign of existing systems or implementation of new tools or functional capabilities
Ensure testing and internal communication around key initiatives and tooling changes, verifying execution to business requirements and adherence to our change management process
You will also:
Work closely with the Business Systems and Ops Engineering teams to scope out and propose the optimal technology solutions and evaluate trade-offs and prioritize work
Manage the definition and execution of testing process for system changes and ensure change readiness before updates to production systems
Determine how critical data and KPIs are addressed in new systems or feature development and build in analytics requirements into core systems to ensure comprehensive metrics are supported
Measure the productivity impacts and improvements and other metrics changes to our Customer Operations teams
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst with increasing levels of responsibility
5+ years of in-depth, hands-on experience with consultation, design, implementation and maintenance of an enterprise scale salesforce solution.
3+ years of administrator experience with Salesforce Lightning
Current Salesforce admin certification, app builder, and advanced administration
Experience with enterprise application of Salesforce Service Cloud preferred, including OMNI-Channel, and reporting.
