M&A Integration Project Manager

  • Full-time

Company Description

Square builds common business tools in unconventional ways so more people can start, run, and grow their businesses. Since then Square has been building an entire business toolkit of both hardware and software products including Square Capital, Square Terminal, Square Payroll, and more. We’re working to find new and better ways to help businesses succeed on their own terms—and we’re looking for people like you to help shape tomorrow at Square.

  • Help assess potential target companies, while providing an early voice on integration planning, potential risks, and overall challenges

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive project plan, that includes all workstreams, to achieve a deal's success metrics

  • Monitor status and rapidly identify issues pertaining to an acquisition, succinctly communicate those issues to the appropriate teams, and work to resolve the issues before any acquisition value deteriorates

  • Work closely with our product teams to implement integration plans in a way that ensures we fully recognize the value of our deals
