Job Description

TIDAL is looking for a Post-Production Coordinator, Video, to join our Culture & Content team in New York. You will partner with teammates and other departments to ensure brand cohesion, high-quality content, and comprehensive handling of all post-production processes. You will demonstrate impeccable editorial judgment while working in an energetic environment. You will stay connected with multiple teams building with production and programming to deliver original digital video content. You will report to the Senior Creative Director of Video.

You Will: 

  • Work with creative, producers, designers, editors and clients spanning all content series and maintaining quality control for delivery across all digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with staff and freelancers during post so everyone meets deadline and expectations
  • Maintain a detailed Post-Production Calendar
  • Set and enforce deadlines on edits and deliverables
  • Work with marketing, partners, social to achieve a variety of deliverables for different platforms and partners
  • Provide solutions for the archiving and repurposing of our legacy content
  • Coordinate multiple "flavors" of video deliverables, on task and on-spec.
  • Monitor the work of hired post: sound editors, to include ADR, scoring, and sound effects.
  • Organize our Frame I/O platform
  • Oversee reshoots and the completion of visual effects; picture editing and refinement such as color timing and video mastering; and finally, the printing and delivery to distributors.

Qualifications

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Frame IO and Airtable for managing assets and scheduling
  • Knowledge of NLE platforms, audio editing and graphic design programs necessary to communicate with editors/technicians (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Knowledge of video and audio formats to provide the optimum quality
