Job Description

At Cash App, creative producers make the impossible happen. With their love for making any brief into reality, they know what’s happening, what comes next, and where things need to be at all times. Creative producers manage brand and product marketing initiatives from start to finish owning day-to-day management and delivery. The creative production team is responsible for uniting teams, delivering the best work, and problem solving solutions.

We are looking for an integrated producer who will lead brand projects ranging from events, campaigns, radio, OOH, rich media, live streams, experiential, and activations. This role will partner closely with the brand partnerships team.

Reporting to the Head of Creative Production, you will be joining a founding team and have the opportunity to build out production methodologies at Cash App.

You will:

  • Lead brand projects, assuming responsibility for day-to-day management of the creative workflow and stakeholder management

  • Work closely with creative and cross-functional leads to scope projects and build production approaches from briefs

  • Active team member in creative sessions to help map creative direction to production strategy

  • Track project progress, maintenance, and communication of status

  • Organize and lead project meetings, including developing agendas and capturing action items

  • Owns project organization and build a single source of truth of information (project hubs)

  • Manage creative feedback and revisions to ensure project is on scope

  • Help develop process improvements for content production, setting up for future growth

  • Foster and build relationships with cross-functional partners across the company

  • Mitigate risk and be proactive on any potential project problems

  • Ensure the highest creative standards are achieved and on brand

  • Collaborate with business affairs on large projects for legal sign-off

  • Be a brand champion and find moments of celebration for the team

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience producing brand work at an agency or in-house brand/product team

  • Expert knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.

  • A strong portfolio of visual and storytelling projects on a variety of platforms

  • Experience in managing briefs to ensure that key stakeholders are aligned

  • Established network of creative, production, photography, illustration, and freelance partners

  • Ability to build relationships with marketing and product counterparts to ensure the creative that is being produced is thoughtful of all channel partner needs

  • You have the experience and tools to solve problems in your back pocket

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Extreme empathy for the customer, your teammates, and the company mission

  • Sense of humor, passion, and general maturity in navigating a healthy work/life balance
