Job Description

We’re looking for someone to lead the Seller HR Specialist team and help create a best- in- class partnership with our HRBPs and other stakeholders. This role is key in providing critical support to our HRBP team and effectively leading and scaling our HR Specialists to drive programs and initiatives to completion. You will be on the frontline collaborating with cross-functional partners to oversee and deploy projects both within specific business units and functions, as well as company-wide programs. Success in this role means coaching and developing our HR Specialists as they partner with HRBPs to effectively deliver impactful People programs to drive employee engagement. You’re effective at managing multiple projects at once, very detail-oriented and organized, and have a track record of effectively developing team members and scaling programs and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain documentation of internal HR processes

  • Provide regular guidance and coaching to our HR Specialists

  • Oversee the flow of day-to-day operations for the HR Specialist team

  • Engage in general administrative work as needed (eg, reports and data analysis in partnership with People Analytics)

  • Collaborate with the HRBP leads and other partners on projects for process improvement, etc.

  • Be responsible for the end-to-end project management of ad-hoc initiatives, such as team reorgs, talent reviews, team-building exercises, and M&A work

  • Assist HRBPs in creating, preparing, and analyzing surveys and reports

  • Build and maintain a highly effective and collaborative partnership with cross-functional teams such as HR Operations, People Analytics, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, IT, and Security

Qualifications

  • Passion for coaching and developing team members

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a successful track record of implementing processes that scale

  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal), with an ability to build partnerships and establish rapport and credibility at all levels

  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and programs with high attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others toward mutual objectives

  • Experience working with HRIS (Workday experience is preferred, not required)

  • Exceptional ethics around confidentiality and highly sensitive information
