The Program Coordinator will support our ongoing cyclical programs in line with Square’s People strategy and vision. You will help drive awareness, understanding, acceptance, delivery and successful adoption of people programs and projects that drive overall employee engagement. These programs include the annual performance review cycles as well as its promotion and compensation planning counterparts.
Coordinate the delivery of program initiatives and guide adoption of these programs. This includes: executive sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, communications, and business process design.
Support with rollout of templates, tools, and other materials to help HR Business Partners deliver programs to the business units they support.
Contribute to the development of plans to scale delivery of programs in different geographies.
Support with change management of projects and programs driven by the People PMO.
Work hand in hand with our Project Managers to implement changes for improving processes over time.
Support with scheduling and documentation of project meetings
2+ years experience in at least 2 of the following areas: strategic communications, learning & development, performance management, HR generalist, change enablement, and/ or consulting.
Outstanding verbal, written, organizational and presentation skills.
History of strong partnering and collaboration across teams and organizational boundaries.
Strong strategic and systems thinker who helps others understand the big picture.
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to set priorities, solve problems, and get things done in a startup environment.
