We are hiring a Product Lead to define and build a product that helps customers safely and easily own and manage their money, starting first with bitcoin while ensuring a seamless experience with traditional fiat currency.

You Will:

• Find new ways to help customers build confidence in their financial outcomes, gracefully navigating between fiat / traditional currencies and bitcoin.

• Champion the customers' needs across different customer segments (e.g. new to bitcoin, existing bitcoin customers who use a custodial solution like Coinbase, Cash app, etc).

• Determine a new way for customers to manage their bitcoin safely and easily across a mobile app and a hardware device alongside a recovery service that gives customers peace of mind.

• Build for a highly international audience, being thoughtful about what should be global vs local in the experience based on a customer audience that spans multiple continents internationally. 

• Prioritize the most important use cases for customers (e.g. helping customers send and receive money internationally)

• Develop, experiment with and launch sustainable business models that drives revenue while thoughtfully scaling costs.

• Partner across Block to ensure we are using the right experience and insights while still moving fast as part of a new team.

• Lead efforts and help create useful processes across teams within Block (e.g. helping the engineering and design teams think across product stages, in-scope vs out-of-scope, etc).

You Have:

• 7+ years of Product Management experience.

• Experience building products in a regulated industry.

• Experience in both building a new product, 0 to 1, which includes designing and running customer research and building something from scratch to launch, learn, and iterate, as well as experience scaling a product / business across numerous geographies.

• Experience defining user segments, personas.

• Expert in hypothesis-driven product development and experimentation.
