Job Description

Our Partner Integration team develops new and existing integrations with our partners such as Sonos, Alexa Voice, and our own TIDAL Connect Solution. We also own our TV apps, AppleTV, Android TV and several HTML5-based clients that can be seen on LG TV, Samsung TV and others. As part of our team of iOS, Android and backend developers you will work on all Javascript-based clients including TVs and Chromecast. Reporting to our team lead, you will have the possibility to imprint your craftsmanship in our product and have your work be seen by millions of users.  You will also work with our Core JavaScript team and will contribute to our common goals:

  • Aim to create the best possible product for our users

  • Write beautiful code which is easy to understand and maintain, for others and yourself

  • Care deeply about performance and accessibility

  • Provide simple solutions to solve problems

  • Stay updated on frontend technology

  • Partner with our domain and QA teams to provide stable releases of applications

Qualifications

Bachelors in Computer Science (or similar) and minimum 3 years of relevant work experience

Advanced JavaScript knowledge

Experience using frameworks and patterns in large JavaScript applications (like React / Redux, Vue, Angular or similar)

Experience writing tests (unit-, integration- and end-to-end)

Experience with and knowledge of web standards

Cross-browser development and debugging skills

Experience with type systems in JavaScript (TypeScript, Flow)

Knowledge about Electron, Node.js and functional programming beneficial

Interest in HiFi audio is a plus

Excellent written and verbal English as English is our company language
