Job Description

We are looking for a Finance & Strategy Senior Manager, reporting to the Finance & Strategy Payments Lead. You will partner with Sales & Partnerships leadership - and the broader Sales & Partnerships team - to guide commercialization, profitability, and productivity within the Cash App payments ecosystem.

You Will:

  • Design competitive pricing proposals and supporting analyses for third-party payments partners

  • Manage pricing and profitability across our growing portfolio of payments partners

  • Cultivate trust-based relationships with the Sales & Partnerships team

  • Develop analytical tools and metrics to track product performance

  • Craft performance narratives and communicate important insights across the organization

  • Build scalable processes to increase efficiency and productivity

  • Lead financial reporting programs, including target setting, forecasting, and budgeting

  • Hire and manage a team of analysts

Qualifications

You Have:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including prior experience in:

  • Merchant payments

  • High-growth technology environment

  • Pricing Strategy, Deal Desk, and Sales Strategy & Operations roles

  • Excellent financial modeling skills and experience working with large datasets (e.g., can perform complex functions in Excel)

  • Superior relationship building skills, with track record of driving consensus across functional areas

  • Strong communication skills, with ability to distill and tailor complex info for different audiences

  • Experience building and managing teams
