Business Analyst, Talent Operations

The Business Analyst plays a multi-faceted role in partnership with the broader Talent team. As a Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to partner closely with our distributed teams to understand large-scale opportunities to innovate across our recruiting platform, balancing deep listening skills with a product-centric approach to creating enterprise solutions that feel product-led.
We will give you the context to be effective, the resources you will need to be efficient, and get out of your way to be creative and innovative and ultimately elevate a high-performing organization.
Project manage deliverables (both large scale and sprints), ensuring that end-user requirements are met, including timelines
This includes: system implementations, data infrastructure, website updates, and iterative improvements to existing products
Distill and translate technical languages developers speak back to end-users
Collaborate with Product Management, engineering, and Talent teams effectively to ensure alignment on project scope and overarching road map
Operate independently in an ambiguous environment
Support scoping and delivering technical solutions for multi-faceted, highly distributed recruiting teams
- A team player who acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Serious about technical acumen + agility; you have the methodology rigor but are comfortable iterating and pivoting quickly
Data literate; you understand the core building blocks of data infrastructure and the impact that both processes and tools have on it.
Resourceful and take initiative to seek internal and external resources when developing solutions
