Job Description

As a Product Recruiter on Cash App, you will lead recruiting efforts to help us grow our teams in a thoughtful way. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting, be a consultative partner to Product Management hiring teams, drive strategies to build diverse teams, and consistently deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

You will:

  • Build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals

  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience

  • Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient, scalable and inclusive recruiting processes

  • Source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities

  • Be a consultative partner to the business, leading thoughtful discussions to build teams holistically

Qualifications

You have: 

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience for an innovative and scaling organization

  • An ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates in a highly competitive market

  • An ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems while collaborating with business partners to achieve a common goal

  • An ability to draw insights from data  

  • A passion for building inclusive recruiting processes 

  • A positive and team-oriented approach to your work
