Job Description

As a member of the Ads & Communication engineering team, you will be responsible for building and scaling systems that enable Cash to create and send rich, personalized notifications to our customers.

You will:

  • Build systems that help teams across Cash create, manage, personalize, and deliver messages to our customers
  • Work on a reliable, healthy, high throughput message delivery platform that operates 100M+ messages per day
  • Develop primitives that enable and accelerate exciting new product features
  • Regularly contribute to the roadmap
  • Work closely with other engineers within and outside of your team
  • Write well-tested code
  • Build incrementally and deploy daily
  • Contribute to the broader tech and open source communities

Qualifications

You have:

  • 2+ years of software engineering experience
  • Boundless curiosity
  • Drive to find flaws in a system with many moving parts and take whatever steps are necessary to fix them
  • Demonstrated technical initiative and leadership on previous projects
  • Strong track record of learning and teaching as mechanisms to grow as an engineer
  • Ability to promote engineering best practices within yourself and your team
