Job Description

The Product Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement will be a key participant in the Square Point of Sale team's onboarding optimizations and GTM efforts. As part of the Square Point of Sale Growth team, You will design and deliver sales enablement programs/collateral to increase sales growth while also supporting all major feature launches. You will report to a Senior PMM.

You Will:

The Product Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement will be a key participant in the Square Point of Sale team's onboarding optimizations and GTM efforts. As part of the Square Point of Sale Growth team, You will design and deliver sales enablement programs/collateral to increase sales growth while also supporting all major feature launches. You will report to a Senior PMM.

You Will:

  • Develop partnerships with sales, account management, and customer success to engage and educate teams on Square Point of Sale and its add-on products.
  • Understand the sales cycle and how best to accelerate sales pipeline velocity to improve conversion rates and payments revenue growth.
  • Promote understanding, communication, and execution between sales, product management, marketing, finance and customer success.
  • Understand our seller's goals, pain points, concerns, and their buying process and journey for Square Point of Sale. Understand key differentiations and benefits between Square's payments and point of sale solutions.
  • Own the development of content and collateral to assist sales in driving business growth, including pitch decks, case studies, sales playbooks, emails, SPIFFs, battle cards, demo scripts, one sheets, product collateral, how-to videos and more.
  • Establish and manage a sales enablement content repository and ensure that client-facing teams have access to the latest materials. Field ad hoc content and support requests from the sales team.
  • Design and launch new hire / ongoing product training programs for sales and account management teams to ensure they understand our products in depth. Coordinate global rollout and refinement. Gather feedback from sales teams and analyze win/loss to constantly improve programs.
  • Define, track, and report on key metrics that indicate sales effectiveness improvements.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years working with any combination of sales/project management and/or Product Marketing experience
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
  • Project Management - Ability to scope a project from inception to completion in an organized way. Balances multiple projects and goals at once. Likes to scope and determine new initiatives with support from senior leadership.
  • Sales Expertise - Experience within a revenue-driven customer-facing role, understands both Sales Dev + Account Executive functions.
  • Relationship-focused - Ability to build strong, lasting relationships with the sales leadership team.
