Our ambitious team develops go-to-market strategy for our commercial products, builds effective partnerships with the largest players in the payments, finance, and technology industries, and drives critical results across the business. We are looking for an experienced Business Strategy and Operations lead to drive our go-to-market strategy across our commercial portfolio and build a world-class operating model for the team.

The Strategy and Business Operations Manager will develop strategic recommendations and data-based insights for maximizing the effectiveness of our global partnerships program across both existing and prospective partners. • Drive partnership and product positioning: Leverage data to inform product positioning and how to optimize our existing partnerships or win new partnerships. Lead complex analyses on our commercial products, develop case studies, and design experiments to improve product and partner performance.
  • Set strategic priorities: Conduct analyses that establish the strategic priorities for our partnerships team and inform product development, partnership and deal models, and budgeting, among others.
