Job Description

As a Product Manager on Cash’s Shop Hub Commerce team, you will help design and shape the first shop hub experience end-to-end. You will be responsible for creating and inspiring the way our users shop in our app, while creating new features and enhancing existing ones. This is a very pivotal role that will enable a whole new experience, and have an opportunity to impact millions of users.

In this role you will:

  • Work with engineers on a daily basis to create a commerce experience to our Cash and Afterpay users 
  • Create the strategy plan to scale the Commerce experience
  • Work with different teams across the globe to make the commerce experience work for their user base
  • Innovate on best in class experience for commerce

Qualifications

Like us, you’ll be deeply committed to delivering positive outcomes for users and passionate about shaping the future of Afterpay.

  • 5+ years of product management experience 

  • Understanding of backend algorithm for performance optimization and personalization 

  • Experience building and optimizing search and catalog

  • Experience designing both app and web products

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with global teams

  • Able to drive A/B testing, and familiar with analytics/testing tools

Highly preferred

  • Experience working in eCommerce, retail or payments solutions 

  • Experience leading and working with geographically dispersed teams
