Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Brand Designer to join TIDAL's Design Team based in Oslo. As a cross-disciplinary team, we cover everything from Motion Design, UX, UI, Illustration to Creative Copywriting. We collaborate and support most parts of the organization, Brand, Marketing, Web, Retention, Culture and Content. Our deliverables extend from global campaigns, tidal.com, the signup flow, to sub-brand and visual identities for original content.. Small and agile, we can take over a large range of projects with a quick turn around, while working on long-term projects on a Brand level. You will join a multicultural team, with 6 different nationalities, where we stand close to each other and love pushing each other creatively.

This position will report to the Head of Design.

Qualifications

You Will:

  • Create, maintain, and evolve visual design guidelines for the TIDAL brand
  • Scale and expand the brand across different platforms
  • Conceive and create marketing campaigns and launches
  • Create sub brands and identities
  • Assist teams with product launches
  • Create and manage asset libraries for consistency across platforms
  • Collaborate with motion designers and UI designers to keep the brand alive
  • Partner with Web/UI teams to support with visual design
  • Work cross-functionally to support Marketing, Sales and Partner teams
  • Understand and improve the design quality across local markets

You have:

  • Passionate about building and evolving Brands and Identities

  • Strong Graphic Design & Typography skills

  • Strong understanding of concepts like Brandbook and UX design

  • 7 years of experience working in a Branding Studio/Design Agency 

  • Understanding on what’s happening in the culture and tech scene

  • Understanding of variable types and generative code is a plus
