As a Senior Business Recruiter on Cash App, you will lead recruiting efforts to help us grow our teams in a thoughtful way. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting, be a consultative partner to hiring teams, drive strategies to build diverse teams, and consistently deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals
Manage the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient, scalable and inclusive recruiting processes
Source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities
Be a consultative partner to the business, leading thoughtful discussions to build teams holistically
6+ years of full cycle recruiting experience for an innovative and scaling organization
An ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates in a highly competitive market
An ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems while collaborating with business partners to achieve a common goal
An ability to draw insights from data
A passion for building inclusive recruiting processes
