We are looking for a strategic and creative Business Development Lead, Integrations to develop TIDAL's partner integration and hardware strategy. In this capacity, you will work with product managers, engineering, marketing, finance and analytics to build premium experiences that bring fans closer to the music and artists they love. You will uncover and understand partners' needs, and advocate for those needs internally. We are early in our journey, so you'll have to quickly change course as we learn more, and prioritize opportunities to drive the business.
We are looking for someone with the ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems, who works with cross-functional teams, and who excels in a fast-paced, international setting. The ideal candidate has an understanding of audio device and hardware ecosystems and experience working on complex API integrations. You will report to the Head of Partnerships Lead. This role is remote-friendly (U.S. only).
Define and deliver TIDAL's strategy to partner with third-party OEMs, audio, and innovation partners.
Develop, and evolve relationships with partners, at both executive and working level.
Negotiate complex technical agreements including defining important business commitments and deliverables.
Build partnerships to ensure contractual terms and obligations are met.
Work with marketing, product, legal, finance and engineering teams.
Prepare and deliver updates for senior leadership on progress and roadblocks.
8+ years of business development or strategic partnerships experience for or with technology companies, OEMs or DSPs.
Experience driving opportunities with international partners and an ability to set and execute against a complex strategy.
An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to influence a diverse set of stakeholders across multiple teams..
Experience using data to model, measure and determine improvements.
Bachelor's degree required
