Job Description

As Clearpay continues to grow so does our Relationship Management team! We are looking for a passionate, and commercially astute individual that is keen to engage with our Omni Channel client base in the UK. You will report to the Director of Relationship Management and help craft and deliver our client engagement model to Clearpay's key accounts.

You Will:

  • Grow and develop long term profitable partnerships that deliver for our Merchants, our Customers and Clearpay. From top line growth, to the unit economics you'll focus on building sustainable profitable merchant relationships.
  • Deliver a customer growth strategy to drive merchant usage, satisfaction, and revenue growth across our current contracts and new opportunities once they go live.
  • Lead Merchant 'Go Lives' within the Clearpay business. Foster engagement internally across Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, Risk and Operations
  • Develop and refine our Merchant Value proposition across the customer lifecycle to ensure world class engagement for your portfolio in the UK to deliver long term relationships.
  • Identify and help scale best practices and process improvement including Marketing, Operations, Risk Management and Staff Training.
  • Manage one team member and be involved in ongoing recruitment of team members as the business grows.

Qualifications

You have:

  • A passion for sales and relationship management and continuing your career in this area.
  • Experience in relationship management/client success or business development.
  • The ability to qualify leads based upon established criteria.
  • A positive, team mentality attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Experience building customer relationships.
