Job Description

You Will:

  • Support the Brand Lead in the management of the flighting, communications strategy and overall phased rollout of brand marketing campaigns 

  • Assist in managing the brand marketing budget (in partnership with paid media) 

  • Develop a POV on tactics, ideas, partnerships and acts that drive the growth and love of the Cash App brand - collaborate with Brand and Channel leads to realize these ideas 

  • Author and present tactical creative briefings - manage and nurture a strong working relationship with creative counterparts 

  • Effectively communicate the strategic rationale and creative execution of campaigns and ideas - be able to distill the “why” of any brand action into a paragraph or deck format 

  • Work closely with cross functional partners to effectively set KPIs, examine results, and inform teams on best practices moving forward 

  • Work closely with the Brand Lead and Customer Insights team to ensure campaigns, ideas and tactics will have their desired impact 

  • Conduct competitive audits, collect best practices, and understand basic brand strategy

Qualifications

  • 5+ years managing integrated campaign (planning and deployment), either in-house or at a full service ad agency (or integrated media agency) 

  • Experience developing campaign architecture that supports strategic brand building - an understanding not just of the “what” but of the “why” behind campaign work 

  • Excellent communications skills - both written and interpersonal

  • The ability to manage multiple projects against tight deadlines 

  • Proven ability to collaborate with paid media - experience in comms strategy a must (not to invest dollars but understand messaging matrices, etc)
