Job Description

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be a part of the Cash Customer Operations Platform Team, with a focus on supporting Cash App’s Salesforce Service Cloud environments. You will own the integrity and strength of the solutions we recommend to our operation partners. Your purpose will be to accelerate delivery of customer centric solutions, drive consistent technology use, support operational strategy, and provide adaptable architecture that mitigate risk and ensure an optimal ROI from implementation resources.

You will:

  • Translate business requirements into well-architected end-to-end solutions that align with industry best practices and business goals

  • Produce high level project effort estimates and assist in capacity planning

  • Make recommendations on integration strategy, platform evolution, infrastructure, and tooling selection to optimize user experience.

  • Facilitate architectural review sessions to provide feedback to systems analysts, engineers, and product managers on proposed solutions, provide oversight of go/no-go architectural decisions.

  • Define implementation strategy in collaboration with service delivery, PMO, and business partners.

You will also:

  • Own and maintain architectural and data flow diagrams, ensuring a clearly established current state baseline and to aid in gap analysis.

  • Partner with our Technical Architect to analyze the current architecture, identify opportunities for improvement, and assist team leads in roadmap development.

  • Facilitate overall solution best practices and knowledge sharing across the team and to our business partners.

Qualifications

You have:

  • 5+ years of Salesforce Solution Architecture experience highly focused on user experience centric solution design.

  • 8+ years of systems analyst experience with increasing levels of responsibility.. 

  • Professional experience owning the end-to-end software/systems development lifecycle, including code management, CI/CD, and design processes.

  • Experience with enterprise application of Salesforce Service Cloud preferred, including OMNI-Channel, and reporting.
