Job Description

Our Clearpay organisation is looking for an accomplished professional with retail, media platforms and affiliate experience to launch our ads offering in the UK. You will own the strategy for the advertising business which will transform our approach to advertising through our app. The ideal candidate has experience in affiliate marketing and/ or media sales, partnership building, cross-functional engagement and partnering with executives.

You will establish the processes to support the UK ads business from scratch, along with driving sales to lead our growth in the UK market. You will have a great deal of collaboration and partnership with global sales, account management, marketing and product teams. We require a high level of ownership, creativity and a desire to meet complex, changing requirements.

You will:

  • Lead the sales strategy to bring the Clearpay Ads offering to market

  • Create and own strategies for partner onboarding, activation and revenue optimisation with retail partners at scale

  • Lead relationships with existing sales and marketing teams across our organisation to drive partner success

  • Own revenue driving initiatives through the affiliate channel in the UK market

  • Grow and develop the UK ads team

  • Measure and communicate our ads performance to all internal and external partners

  • Build internal processes to streamline workflows

  • Drive success to achieve and exceed revenue targets

Qualifications

You Have:

  • 5+ years experience in a partnership and revenue driving teams and team management

  • Experience meeting and exceeding targets

  • Ability to build relationships within multiple vertical/industries

  • High level of enthusiasm 

  • Curious, solutions focussed individual

  • Understand analytical and quantitative levers used by our merchants

  • You like to keep it real with your actions, be brave with your decisions, do the right thing for all teams and shape the future with excitement
