Job Description

As Afterpay’s Affiliate Partnerships Coordinator, you’ll support our Ads & Affiliate team with a range of activities, such as onboarding & optimising affiliate relationships, following up with merchants for outstanding items, working cross-functionally with internal teams to drive customer success & more. This is a great opportunity for a passionate, organised and proactive individual who has ambitions to progress within the affiliate space.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding for retail partners at scale

  • Liaise with retailers and internal cross functional teams to implement campaigns

  • Collaborate with Afterpay Ads leadership and cross functionally with sales and marketing teams across our organisation to drive partner success

  • Track, measure and communicate program performance to internal and external stakeholders

  • Build internal processes to streamline workflows

  • Meet individual and team deadlines, KPIs, and targets

  • You ideally have some experience in a partnerships-based role

  • You have a demonstrated track record of meeting & exceeding KPIs and targets
