Job Description

As a Manager of Engineering Program Managers, you will be responsible for driving large scale cross-functional infrastructure initiatives, ensuring we execute against our highest company goals across multiple teams at Cash.

You will be supporting the growth and development of your team as they drive initiatives that are the engineering backbone of all we do at Cash. These initiatives include monolith migration, money transfer capabilities and network reliability. 

We are looking for experienced leaders who can lead teams in complex, multi-platform development efforts at consumer scale, while maintaining clarity of product vision and organizational awareness. We are looking for someone who is not only a talented leader, but who also has solid technical depth and is a strong strategic thinker. 

In this role you will: 

  • Build and lead an Engineering Program Management organization by hiring, mentoring, attracting, and developing top tier global talent  
  • Help define and lead your team’s execution strategy with a strong sense of accountability against defined strategic goals, long-term technical strategy and architecture roadmaps
  • Experience with technical areas spanning Infrastructure and Reliability
  • Measure and improve efficiency to identify what’s working well and areas of transformation 
  • Partner with key cross-functional engineering and product teams to manage dependencies, increase leveragability, and collaboratively to solve problems 

Qualifications

You have:

  • 10+ years of program management or related experience operating as an Engineering Program Manager (or TPM) of a technical team, leading a suite of requirements gathering and implementation
  • Impact oriented decision making skills with an ability to identify how initiatives and effort can move the needle for the organization
  • Broad technical expertise within infrastructure programs
  • Experience establishing processes, leading teams, developing relationships, and managing end-to-end for a portfolio of concurrent programs
  • Experience managing and releasing complex, high-quality features in partnership with product teams at scale 
  • Detail oriented and ability to drive initiatives to completion
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Strong program management experience with ability to influence various stakeholders including technical leaders and executive management
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
