  • Full-time

Company Description

It all started with an idea at Block in 2013. Job Description

The Cash App Commerce B2B Growth Marketing team works to acquire and grow sellers revenues through demand generation and lifecycle campaigns that drive adoption of our payment solutions (Afterpay and Cash App Pay). We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join the SMB Growth Marketing function, with prior Marketo and Salesforce experience, to support their campaign efforts.

You’ll work collaboratively with B2B Marketing, Sales Strategy, Analytics, and Sales Leadership stakeholders to execute on inbound campaign requests and ensure proper attribution and segmentation. With data at the heart of everything we do, you’ll work closely with Sales Strategy to support data governance, program creation, and lead handoff. You will work with our Analytics partners to determine ROI and report findings back to the Acquisition or Lifecycle team leaders to inform future campaigns.

You will:

  • Own merchant email marketing execution by managing the end-to-end process from build, QA’ing and reporting for marketing campaigns, lifecycle and nurture campaigns as well as ad hoc email announcements to merchants.

  • Improve workflows for timely campaign execution by developing and expanding systems like intake forms, stakeholder approvals, and reporting communication.

  • Ensure optimal use of our Marketo and Salesforce tools by maintaining Salesforce Campaign data for accurate reporting, coordinating with Sales Operations to support Marketo and Salesforce collaboration, and managing Marketo content uploads and user creation.

Qualifications

You have:

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in a Marketing Operations role.

  • Experience with Marketo a must, experience with Salesforce encouraged.

  • An eye for detail and experience in auditing and QAing high-use programs.

  • Strong understanding of marketing inbound channels, lead funnel management, database segmentation, attribution, and measurement.

  • Experience balancing multiple priorities and making sound strategic decisions on the best way forward.

  • Experience working and communicating cross-functionally with key stakeholders - Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Product Managers.

  • Strong Google Sheets and analytical skills to develop a targeted approach and drive actionable insights.

  • An understanding of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, APA and CCPA compliance.
