Job Description

As a Business Development Representative, you will be on the front line of our fast-growing buy now, pay later (BNPL) business, Clearpay. In this role you will lay the foundation of this sales effort through identifying prospective SMB / Mid-Market sellers and promoting the value of Clearpay for their business.

What you will be doing:

  • Cold-calling into targeted accounts to uncover and qualify opportunities. 

  • Building a network; research prospective clients through the use of web/social media, internal databases and external tools to identify leads. 

  • Documenting client interaction and/or prospecting efforts through the use of a CRM. 

  • Partnering and strategizing with Account Executive teams to build pipeline.

  • Clearly communicating the Clearpay value proposition over the phone

  • Sharing ideas and best practices with the team to contribute to Clearpays growth.


You have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Tenacity & determination

  • Experience with cold calling

  • A desire to grow your career in sales 

Additional Information

Please note that this role offers hybrid working, attending the office 1-2 days per week, the remainder working from home if so desired.
