As our business continues to grow at a very fast pace, we are looking for someone to identify, recruit, onboard, and retain a reliable, professional courier fleet. Our couriers are the best in the business and are on the front lines of our mission.

We are looking for a dynamic fleet builder with sales, recruiting or team-building experience to manage all aspects of courier sourcing, screening, training, onboarding, and retention for Dallas. This will be a logistics-focused role with heavy emphasis on recruitment, data analytics, people communications, and developing (and implementing) a playbook for courier onboarding.

This is a ground-floor opportunity at a fast-growing technology company. We are building a large delivery machine in the Dallas area. You will:

• Source, interview, and onboard couriers on a weekly basis
• Utilize dashboards and SQL queries to analyze current onboarding workflows, acquisition sources, and conversion rates and strategize ways to improve courier onboarding.
• Build on current playbook to accelerate and scale onboarding to meet our rapidly growing consumer demand.
• Report directly to the Dallas General Manager to ensure our couriers are the best of any on-demand service on the planet.

You Have:

• Passion for presenting in front of a group. You could explain anything to anybody and make them laugh while doing it. 
• Excellent people skills where you can communicate easily with all our stakeholders: Caviar colleagues, restaurant managers and owners, and of course, delivery drivers.
• Demonstrated analytical capabilities where you can point to specific projects to show how you took data and developed a strategic plan.
• A natural inclination towards attention to detail and diligence.
• Top-notch organizational skills. You work smarter, not harder. 
• A resourceful attitude with a passion for optimization, efficiency and pushing through obstacles to reach a goal.
• An ability to think fast while focusing deeply on a small set of high-impact projects
