Job Description

Caviar, the best way to get food delivered from your favorite restaurants, is looking for a national marketing associate to develop and implement customer engagement strategies across quickly growing markets. This is a crucial position and that will interact with people across the company, from local market teams to in-house creatives.

Qualifications

You Will:

  • Execute local marketing campaigns, from promos to restaurant launches, in Caviar’s fastest growing markets, coordinating with local teams, designers, and copywriters
  • Create, test, and launch local email campaigns using custom Caviar templates
  • Test subject lines, images, and copy to drive consumer engagement -- including email opens and clicks, and orders
  • Support national marketing campaigns, including email, social, and in-app promos
  • Manage Instagram handles in select high-growth markets, coordinating with the national social manger 
  • Sync regularly with local market leaders and maintain local marketing calendars
  • Be a part of fast-moving team, contributing to team brainstorms and planning
  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM guidelines

You Have:

  • 1-2 years of marketing experience, email marketing preferred
  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience with top-tier email service provider
  • Phenomenal written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Experience coordinating across many stakeholders and meeting tight deadlines
