Job Description

With our fast growth in Australia, we’re looking for energetic and service-focused Customer Service Representatives to help support our base of local small businesses who have chosen Square. Working at Square means being part of a dynamic, fast-paced team where no two days are ever the same. Successful candidates will provide direct support (via phone, email and social media) to customers across world-leading innovations in payments and software. You’ll help shape the future direction of Square products by providing feedback to product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

You have: 

  • An analytical mindset, and can independently think through tricky problems to identify root causes

  • Fantastic phone manner and interpersonal skills

  • An ability to craft emails that quickly and accurately answer customer questions

  • A high level of attention to detail

  • Experience supporting and responding to customers through social platforms including Facebook and Twitter.

  • Adaptable to fast-paced, constantly changing by being able to adapt to new situations quickly and think on their feet

  • Australian working rights and the ability to work some public holidays as required.


Previous experience working in technology is not expected, but would be valuable.
