Job Description
To develop and implement a fit for purpose measurement strategy to measure and report on effective execution of BCB Technology SA performance, operating within the Office of The CIO enabling performance goals and mandates through technology insights, analytics and integrated reporting and dashboards.
Provide early indicators and articulate insights allowing for data-based decision making and support to the program teams to deliver on strategic programs and the transformation journey. Compile regular reports and presentations, incorporating insights and measures.

Experience Required
5-7
Experience working with cross-functional teams fostering collaboration and team-work. Experience in engaging with a broad spectrum of stakeholders including senior executives. Knowledge of standard business processes including work prioritisation, best practices.
8-10 years
The ability to plan, develop and execute a measurement management framework, to improve the accuracy, integrity and accessibility of information. Track record in knowledge and understanding of the IT systems and processes that is available to be used for the sharing, storing and retrieval of information.
5-7 years
Experience in project delivery, PMO and Agile delivery.
5-7 years
Experience in Executive and Board-level reporting.
