Job Description
To clarify business requirements, documenting associated user stories and acceptance criteria, through in-work collaboration with business stakeholders, cross functional teams and product owners contributing to the accurate and effective end-to-end delivery of expectations within the Office of the CIO. To assume the role of scrum master within the Feature team if required.

Good understanding of Agile working practices and LEAN and SCRUM proficiency and working collaboratively across teams

Proven experience in requirements elicitation, gathering, documentation and management and analysing business needs and provide solutions, working in an agile environment.
Apply analytical skills and capabilities within the Office of the CIO to assess, recommend and implement changes in delivery and other processes in BCB Technology South Africa. Work across multiple portfolios and teams to co-ordinate change initiatives.
