Job Description
If you have recently completed matric or and have a paralegal higher certificate or diploma and are eager to build your career in credit risk management, this learnership provides the perfect opportunity to bridge the gap between your academic knowledge and hands-on industry experience.
In this programme, you will gain practical exposure in credit risk collections, where you'll learn how to manage risk, mitigate financial loss, and maintain strong customer relationships. This is a crucial area of banking, and the experience you gain will prepare you for a rewarding career in managing credit risk.
Throughout the programme, you will also complete an Occupational qualification related to the programme at an NQF level 5, which will enhance your industry knowledge and skills, making you a valuable asset in the field of credit risk.

Qualifications
- Have completed a minimum Matric /Higher Certificate in Paralegal/legal related certificates

The candidate must:
- Be a South African Citizen
- Be between the ages of 18 and 30
- Be able to speak, read and write English
- Be computer literate
- Not be employment for more than six months
- Not be registered on any other learnership
- Not be studying at any other institution

End Date: 30 June 2026
Learner Allowance: R6 800 per month plus medical aid
