The programme provides exposure to money management the financial services industry and success is dependent on cross-functional teamwork within client service teams and involves active learning and opportunities for various practical applications through the programme. Key responsibilities:

• To analyse and optimise business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support projects aimed at driving operational improvements and achieving strategic goals.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate change initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams is required to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of excellence.

• South African Citizen
