We are looking for talented and inspired people to work, learn and commit to our deep client obsession in our Money Management and Advisory environment. This is an exciting opportunity to strengthen your understanding of data science and analysis.
The programme provides exposure to money management the financial services industry and success is dependent on cross-functional teamwork within client service teams and involves active learning and opportunities for various practical applications through the programme. In addition to keeping up to date on best practice, you also get the opportunity to present your insights and results to a broad range of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
- To analyse and optimise business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support projects aimed at driving operational improvements and achieving strategic goals.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate change initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams is required to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of excellence.

Qualifications
Honours or Masters in:
BSc / BCom / B Data Science
- Statistics
- Data Science
- Pure Mathematics
- Informatics/ Information Systems
- Computer Science
- Computational and Applied Mathematics
- Econometrics
Honours qualification to be completed by 31 December 2025.
Additional Information
Minimum requirements:
- South African Citizen
- Should you have work experience, it should not exceed 12 months
- Full academic transcripts to be submitted with application for undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
