Job Description
Moonshots is an exciting area that designs, builds and runs new products for BCB. We work with the BCB business and with partners to execute and deliver products that on our strategy and deliver value to BCB and our customers.
The BCB Moonshots graduate programme will provide graduates with experience in research, product development, product implementation and support. The programme will also provide them with experience in partnership management and risk management.
Key responsibilities:
Supports and provides input to the partnership team on various day-to-day partnership activities
Supports and provides input into reporting on partnerships
Supports and provides input into commercial and risk monitoring of partnerships
Prepares materials that support knowledge sharing and creates awareness on partnerships
Provides Partnerships SME support to country, business unit and / product
Provides input the development of standard approaches to enable business and countries in partnership execution
Supports the implementation of the partnership guidelines
Research and understand partner and client industry trends, regulatory landscape, and competitive environment.

Qualifications
Honours in:
Business Commerce, management, finance or equivalent.
Honours qualification to be completed by 31 December 2025.
