Job Description
To sell the Homeowners Insurance (HOC) and Home Loan Protection Plan (HLP) products to existing Standard Bank Home Loan customers, in accordance with business needs. Facilitate the development of customer loyalty through customer relationship management and to consistently portray a corporate image. To establish and maintain excellent business relationships with internal and external customers, in line with the Bank’s values
Guides customers to discover their specific needs and then offer the best possible solution to ensure their needs are fulfilled. To ensure timeous and accurate validation and capture of policies and issue confirmations as per business requirements.
Qualifications
- Completed Matric
- Short term and long-term insurance products (min 2 years)
- Outbound Homeowners and Home Loan Protection Plan products (preference)
- RE 05
- NQF 5 FAIS Qualification
- FAIS credits min 120
Experience
- Outbound sales experience with a proven track record (min 2years)
- Both Long- and Short-Term Insurance experience
- Experience in category 1.2, 1.22
