Job Description

To support the Chief Risk Officer by effectively assuming full responsibility and accountability for the risk governance framework, including the administration of risk governance documents (i.e., policies, procedures, mandates, and similar materials); fulfilling a risk governance advisory role; providing assurance on the effectiveness of the risk governance architecture; and assisting in board interactions on risk governance matters, where required.

Lead the development and delivery of high-quality risk reporting materials, including executive and board-level risk packs, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strategic insight. Synthesize complex risk data into concise, actionable insights tailored for senior leadership and board audiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant risk information and ensure alignment with enterprise risk frameworks.

Experience Required
Risk Management & Governance
8-10 years

  • In depth exposure and understanding of business and risk management strategies, governance and regulatory frameworks, including policy design and implementation.
  • Proven experience in preparing and presenting executive and board-level risk reports, dashboards, and packs.
  • Exceptional written and visual communication skills, with the ability to translate technical risk data into clear, strategic narratives for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of governance structures and board reporting protocols in regulated environments.
