Job Description

To oversee a team of Universal Bankers for a Point/s of Representation (POR/s) within client experience, product and laid down requirements to drive sales and service objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • NQF Level 5 (FAIS aligned) or higher in Banking, Finance, or related field

 

Experience Required:

 

  • 3-5 years of front line experience in serving customers to meet sales and service objectives
  • Demonstrated expertise in Client Coverage and Personal Banking
  • Proven track record of team leadership and performance management
  • In-depth knowledge of other departments and their functions within a branch
  • Experience in risk management and compliance within the banking sector
