Job Description
To provide effective management of client queries received at the corporate and investment banking call centre. Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls and email queries. The primary goal is to provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Experience Required
3 - 4 years
Mandarin speaking
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle complex customer queries.
Strong verbal, written communication skills and a professional phone voice.
