Managing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications.   Automating deployment processes and ensuring smooth deployments.  Troubleshooting and resolving complex deployment issues.  Collaborating with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline processes.  Implementing and maintaining monitoring and alerting systems for deployments.

• Salesforce Administrator and Developer 1 Certification required
• Copado certification advantageous
• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools like Salesforce DX as well as experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or Gitlab
• Strong understanding of version control and branching strategies
• Proven scripting skills in languages like Python, Apex, or JavaScript
• Knowledge of Salesforce metadata and package management essential
