Job Description
To provide direct contracted Operations services (e.g. Human Capital Shared Services, Payroll, Businesses Operations, etc.) to all domains & countries across all geographies. To provide operational leadership and management of the shared execution services in Group Technology and Operations. To provide day to day management of the delivery structures ensuring required Operations capabilities are responsive to the needs of the Group, Corporate Functions & countries, against approved toolboxes.

8-10 years
Experience of the full lifecycle design and development covering multi-tier environments and markets. Significant experience managing technology in large multi-dimensional corporate environment, preferably financial industry, Managing delivery of 3rd parties and Africa Region experience. Knowledge of Agile and Lean frameworks, methods and practices.
8-10 years
Prior experience managing large teams providing managed services to customers. Experience in managing vendors/suppliers of professional Technology and Operations services. Leadership/management experience across multiple geographies.
