Job Description

To provide an efficient and effective point of contact for new and existing Consumer Clients within the Branch and through Proactive initiatives. To provide an onsite selling capability to lead sources and acquire new business within the relevant Local Market. To ensure that the clients' banking needs are identified and fulfilled efficiently and cost-effectively, while managing the risks associated with new accounts, mandates and specimen signatures.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification:

  • NQF Level 5 (FAIS aligned)

 

Experience Required:

  • Client Coverage
  • 3-4 years of experience in Personal and Private Banking
  • Proven track record in dealing with self-employed clients and high value/multi-segment clients
  • Demonstrated success in proactive sales and business development within the financial services industry
  • Experience in stakeholder management and relationship building

  • In-depth knowledge of banking products and services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and risk assessment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
