Cisco Call Manager 9.x – 11.x experience (3-5 years implementing and supporting) Unified Contact center (9.x – 11.x experience with call quality system (3-5 years implementing and supporting) Session Border Controllers (Audiocodes Mediant 2600) (1-2 years implementing and supporting or equivalent product (cisco Cube) Call center scripting (1-3 years) Nortel experience is a plus!
