Job Description

  • Manage the implementation, production, and delivery of several annual research projects as a part of our Research Operations department in Stockholm
  • Work closely with the senior consultants to support our clients’ projects, focusing on different markets but act on a global scale if needed
  • Assist and contribute to multiple projects and senior consultants at the same time
  • Responsible for data cleaning, trends and insights identification and presentation, both internally and externally
  • Be the communicator for research on the assigned market, both internally and externally
  • Responsible for cooperation and support to both sales and marketing departments in the assigned market
  • Involved in client facing activities and supporting clients with insight queries
  • Actively building and maintaining relationships with our stakeholders and teams to ensure a high-quality data collection process

Qualifications

  • A passion for quantitative and qualitative research
  • A Bachelor or Master’s degree in business economics or other equivalent education (statistics or research classes)
  • First relevant work or internship experience in market research, business analysis and/or strategy of advantage
  • Experience in using qualitative and quantitative market research methods and delivering strategic recommendations based on the analysis of the data
  • Capability to both compile and analyze data and insights and create a data-based strategy
  • Experienced presentation and workshops’ facilitation skills
  • Present data and strategy in a credible way
  • A strong ability to work on different tasks simultaneously
  • A strong ability to collaborate with and assist multiple senior consultants and stakeholders from different departments simultaneously
  •  A high degree of self-reliance and good time management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English 
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint). Experience with SPSS or programming skills of advantage
